"Travel in the younger sort is a part of education....". (By Francis Bacon) I think the "younger sort" had a good education this year! It was a fantastic end to 2007 and start of 2008. We spent our year-end vacation in Thailand's Pee Pee Island. It was an eight-hour drive and two-hour ferry ride to get to the island; worth every moment as usual. And as usual, there were those moments....Moments of stress as we drive in a "foreign" country, food poisoning (that was a day, not a moment), and ferocious monkeys. The monkeys actually attacked Chloe (We met our friends Chad and Leslie White and Family)and Cameron and they both have scratches to prove it! Digging our toes in the white sand and seeing brightly colored coral as we snorkled made up for any misfortunes. Happy New Year and may you have many bright moments to thank God for in 2008!
